Who we are

ALUCOM AG, headquartered in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, offers its customers solutions for industry, paper and water treatment based on its own aluminium compounds. Furthermore, you will find products for the construction industry in our portfolio.

We are one of the largest producers of aluminium compounds, inorganic precipitants, special aluminium hydroxides, chlorides (such as PAC and ACH), sulfates and aluminates as well as mixtures with iron salts.

Our customers benefit from the many years of experience at our production site in Ludwigshafen am Rhein (formerly BK Giulini). Whether traditional one-component active ingredients such as Al-sulfates or innovative products or mixtures with our inorganic, highly cationic polyaluminium chlorides (PAC) produced in-house, ALUCOM AG is a system supplier for wastewater and drinking water treatment. Further combinations with various organic polymers and other additives enable minimal dosage and environmentally friendly use of the substances.

ALUCOM is a carve-out of the former aluminium activities of Kurita Europe GmbH and is since October 01, 2018 100% owned by the LIVIA-Group based in Munich.
