SODIUM ALUMINATES

ALUCOM AG produces sodium aluminate solutions with different aluminium and sodium contents and molar ratios as well as in different purities.

Furthermore, we also produce solid sodium aluminate (53-55 % Al₂O₃). We can deliver this product in different grain sizes. If desired, the product can also be delivered in a stabilized form, if the customer wishes to produce a more stable, aqueous solution with it.

In contrast to other aluminium compounds, the aluminium in sodium aluminate is present as a complex anion. Positively charged substances can be discharged and precipitated in this way. Sodium aluminate is therefore used, among other things, in water treatment as well as in the production of paper.

In addition, it is suitable as an alkaline aluminium source for a wide variety of industrial production processes and applications.
